nWe are looking for a dedicated and experienced Primary Care Physician to join our team as a Variable Staffing Pool Physician on an as-needed basis. This is a zero-hour contracted role, ideal for providers looking for part-time work while contributing to high-quality outpatient care. The Physician will manage a variety of health-related concerns, focusing on continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention.
nImportant Responsibilities:
nnnYou will provide outpatient primary care services to adult and geriatric populations.
n
nnYou will maintain accurate and up-to-date medical histories and records.
n
nnYou will manage moderately complex to complex medical conditions.
n
nnYou will refer patients to specialists.
n
nnYou will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
n
nnYou will contribute to departmental strategy and quality improvement programs.
n
nnYou will work onsite in our outpatient clinics.
n
n nUse your skills to make an impact
nRequired Qualifications
nnnGraduate of an accredited Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine program.
n
nnActive medical license in the state of jurisdiction.
n
nnBoard Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
n
nnPreference for value-based care experience, or at least 2 years of caring for Geriatric patients with high acuities.
n
nnMust be passionate about improving patient experiences and outcomes.
n
nnYou will require participation in Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program.
n
nnSpecialty in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Med-Peds, or Geriatrics.
n
nnExperience working with senior populations, value-based, or primary care models.
n
nnFamiliarity with electronic health records (EHR) and digital documentation.
n
nnAvailability of at least three days per week

n nVariable Staffing Pool Physician covering three outpatient clinic locations

nnMonday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

nnDirect W-2 employment (not a 1099 position)

nnMust be willing to travel between assigned clinic locations

nThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
n$310,000 - $368,500 per year
