Job description
Screenprint Production Associate – Part TimeSMI Properties is seeking a Production Associate. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for various duties required on a screen press machine. Duties include loader, unloader, and dryer hand. This position could also work in the packout/finishing area of production.Duties and Responsibilities:Set up and operate printing equipmentLoad and unload materials onto the printing equipmentMonitor print quality and adjust as necessaryTroubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the printing processFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work areaRequirements:Proficiency in screen printing techniquesDetail-oriented.Able to safely and efficiently operate needed equipmentCapable of safely lifting 50 lbs.Capable of working on your feet for periods up to 4 hours.Good communication skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech, as well as listenAble to work some fluctuating hours depending on the season and need.
