An established behavioral health organization is seeking a Part-Time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide psychiatric services to patients in long-term care and post-acute care settings in Lakewood, Colorado . The role focuses on psychiatric evaluations, ongoing assessments, medication management, and collaboration with facility care teams.

Responsibilities
Conduct psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments.
Provide medication management and monitor treatment response.
Address ongoing behavioral and psychiatric needs of residents.
Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary care teams.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Develop and adjust treatment plans based on patient needs.
Qualifications
PMHNP certification required.
Active Colorado APRN/NP license required.
Prescriptive authority as required.
Experience in psychiatry, behavioral health, or long-term care preferred.
Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.
