Job description
Foothills Clinic in Glens Falls, NY seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver diagnostic and therapeutic services under physician supervision. Flexible schedule of 5–10 hours per week during clinic hours, on-site at Foothills Clinic.
The candidate must hold NP licensure in NY, be NYSED-certified, and have completed relevant pharmacology coursework; NPI/DEA numbers required. Reports to Department Head and CEO.
