Job description
CoreCivic in Florida is seeking a part-time Psychiatrist to oversee mental health services in a correctional setting. The role is split: 10 hours weekly at Citrus and 10 hours at Lake City, totaling 20 hours per week.
You will perform psychiatric evaluations, diagnose, prescribe medications, provide brief therapy, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team. Requires MD/DO, DEA, state license, and correctional medicine experience; compensation ranges from $150 to $250 per hour.
