Shift: Flexible schedule;
core hours typically between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM \ N
Hours/Week: 16–20 hours per week (Part-Time) \ N
Duration: Minimum 12 months;
potential for extensionor permanent hire \ N

We are seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Psychiatrist to provide part-time on-site behavioral health services. The provider will conduct psychiatric evaluations, manage medication, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient mental health needs.\ N
Caseload includes approximately 75–100 patients, with 12–16 patient encounters per 8-hour shift.\ N
Key Responsibilities \ N
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, mental health exams, and diagnostic assessments.\ N
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests as clinically appropriate.\ N
- Manage and prescribe psychiatric medications.\ N
- Document all patient encounters and clinical decisions using an electronic health record system.\ N
- Provide referrals for specialized care when necessary.\ N
- Collaborate withinternal and external healthcare teams to support patient treatment plans.\ N
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, including peer reviews.\ N
- Maintain practice in accordance with professional standards, policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.\ N
- Engage in collaborative agreements, when required.\ N
RequiredQualifications \ N
- Board-eligible or board-certified Psychiatrist.\ N
- Active Ohio medical license.\ N
- Healthcare-professional level CPR certification.\ N
- DEA certification.\ N
- Doctoral degree in medicine (MD or DO).\ N
