Duly Health and Care in Bartlett, IL is seeking a Part-Time outpatient Physical Therapist (Pelvic Health or Lymphedema) certified in Bartlett, IL. The role emphasizes one-on-one patient care, mentorship, and specialization opportunities within a supportive, physician-led rehab network.
Compensation includes base salary with potential sign-on incentives, structured mentorship, and access to continuing education resources. Schedule runs Monday–Friday with two evenings per week until 7:00 PM.
