Job description
Symphony ABA in Henrico, VA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. This part-time role focuses on implementing behavior intervention plans and assisting with daily living activities in a HIPAA-compliant environment.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document progress, and educate clients and families about behavioral health concepts, while upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.
