Job description
First Children Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team in Roselle Park, NJ. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will provide direct behavioral support to children and adolescents in schools, clinics, homes, and community settings.
You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while collaborating with families and the treatment team.
