Job description
Heartland Behavior seeks seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our clinical team. Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community locations, applying evidence-based strategies to promote independence and positive behavior.
This part-time role offers same-day pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement through BCBA program partnerships. You’ll work with a supportive team and have the freedom to select cases while earning competitive compensation.
