Job description
Heartland Behavior is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and help children achieve meaningful goals through ABA therapy. You will deliver one-on-one interventions in home or community settings, under clinical supervision, with flexible scheduling and part-time opportunities.
The ideal candidate holds an active RBT certification and a High School diploma, showing compassion, patience, and strong communication with families and clients alike.
