Job description
HeartlandBehavior seeks skilled Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support children with Autism in home and community settings. Part-time roles with opportunities for growth are available, with paid training provided to help you contribute effectively from day one.
As an RBT, you will perform one-on-one ABA services, record session data, and collaborate with a clinical team to implement behavior- and skill-building plans, while fostering a positive learning environment
