Job description
Heartland Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Missouri. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, delivering evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behaviors.
This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, access to clinical support, training, and opportunities to advance through BCBA schooling partnerships; experience with autism and a calm, compassionate approach preferred.
