Job description
Heartland Behavior is seeking licensed Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. You’ll deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings, supporting independence and positive behavior.
We offer same-day pay, part-time flexibility, and a pathway for professional advancement through BCBA schooling partnerships, with a supportive clinical team and opportunities to work with a variety of cases.
