Job description
SilverSwing ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Bainbridge, GA. Provide 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, or clinic settings and implement BCBA-designed treatment plans.
The role involves data collection, collaboration with families and staff, and maintaining a safe, positive therapy environment. RBT certification is required and a HS diploma is essential; some college is a plus.
