Job description
BK Healthcare Management in Pennsylvania is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support clients in achieving their goals through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The role offers flexible hours, autonomy, competitive compensation, and career advancement assistance through BCBA programs.
RBTs will provide one-on-one ABA services, implement care plans, and engage with families. A high school diploma and RBT certification are required, along with a passion for helping children with Autism.
