Job description
Accurate ABA in Maryland is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will work under a BCBA to implement ABA programs and support individuals with developmental disabilities and related needs.
This part-time role requires data collection, direct therapy in homes, schools, clinics, and community settings, and collaboration with families and other professionals. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
