Job description
Heartland Behavior seeks seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support clients in achieving goals through evidence-based ABA services. This role emphasizes one-on-one client work, collaboration with a clinical team, and flexible scheduling for part-time hours in-home or community settings.
No experience? Paid training provided. RBT certification required before working; strong compassion and patience are essential to help children with Autism.
