Job description
Heartland Behavior in Ottumwa, IA is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one services in clients' homes or community settings, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
We offer paid training, flexible part-time schedules, same-day pay, opportunities for advancement through BCBA programs, and a supportive clinical team.
