Job description
Talbots, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead in Nashville to support and role model exceptional customer experiences while guiding associates. You will partner with the Store Manager to understand store functions and step in as manager when needed.
You will help onboard and develop a highly engaged team, uphold brand standards, and maintain a welcoming store environment. This role requires flexibility to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays.
