Job description
The Salvation Army Orange County ARC Retail Team is seeking a Sales Lead for our Orange Store. This role drives daily operations, supports the Store Manager, and focuses on delivering a positive donor and customer experience while upholding ARC standards.
The position requires at least a year of retail experience with supervisory exposure, strong communication, and the ability to manage cash handling and inventory. Part-time hours and a flexible schedule support community service.
