Job description
Belle Plaine Specialty Care, a Care Initiatives community in Belle Plaine, IA, is seeking an Part-Time Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON - RN). This leadership RN role supports the Director of Nursing and oversees nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
As an ADON, you will supervise rounds, enforce policies, coach RNs, manage administrative tasks, and communicate care needs with residents and families.
