Professional Case Management is seeking an RN Case Manager to perform in-home nursing visits for former Nuclear Weapons Workers in Tennessee. You will conduct weekly visits, assess vitals, ensure home safety, and manage medications and care plans.
The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to balance work with school, travel, or family activities, with 100% hourly wage paid for drive time where applicable.
