Job description
Home Care Network is seeking an RN Case Manager / Recertification Nurse for Part-Time and PRN roles across North-Central Ohio. The position involves case management, admissions and recertifications, and travel to client residences with flexible scheduling.
Ideal candidates have 1+ year in home health or related settings, RN license in Ohio, and strong documentation. Growth into a full-time RNCM role is possible as our agency expands in NW Ohio.
