Job description
Saint Elizabeth Community is seeking a part-time Community Health RN to support the SASH program for seniors in Woonsocket, RI. The role offers flexible scheduling with no weekend shifts and is nonprofit with Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility.
As a key team member, you will provide frontline community health nursing, assess needs, and collaborate with care teams to help older adults remain independent at home.
