Job description
The Part-Time RN position in the ENT/Plastics and Internal Medicine Unit at Cleveland Clinic involves providing direct nursing care and supporting patients with a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions. Department/Unit: ENT/Plastics & Internal Medicine Unit
Schedule: Part-time, Night shift
What You'll Do
Provide direct nursing care.
Implement, monitor, evaluate, update and revise patient care plans.
Monitor, record, document and communicate patients’ conditions.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
Educate patients and their families.
Requirements
Education:
Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Experience:
1+ years of current acute care RN experience; military RN experience considered.
Licenses & Certifications:
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
