Job description
Commonwealth Home Health Network in Taylor, MI is seeking an RN to join as a part-time Home Care Admin. The position offers 20 hours per week (2 weeks on, 2 weeks off) with campus-based duties and local travel.
You will manage daily census reporting, referrals, payroll oversight, and staff supervision while ensuring compliance with CMS and CHAP regulations. This role supports growth of CHHN services and interacts with the Director of Healthcare.
