Job description
SYNERGY HomeCare of Charlotte seeks a part-time RN Lead to perform client assessments and update plans of care, plus in-home supervisory visits every 90 days. You will supervise CNAs and HHAs and ensure care compliance with NC DHHS regulations.
Requires NC RN license, CPR, negative TB, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Strong problem-solving abilities and MS Office skills are expected; 1–2 years in non-medical home care is preferred.
