Job description
Intermountain Health in Butte, Montana is seeking a part-time RN Shift Lead I to provide leadership and clinical expertise on the day shift. You will coordinate unit resources to align staffing with census and acuity, and serve as a clinical role model for staff.
Responsibilities include supervising direct patient care, responding to emergencies, coordinating with staffing, communicating with the Charge Nurse, and supporting the hospital's mission and values.
