Job Overview
Shift differentials of $1.00 evenings and $1.50 nights
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides for and assists in meeting the TCU (transitional care unit) adult patients’ physical, emotional and psycho-social needs while adhering to facility, state and federal guidelines for Mayo health services skilled nursing facility - Lake City Care Center in Lake City, MN.
Nursing schedule includes;
32 hours every two weeks (part-time
Day shift
Every other weekend and holiday rotation

Lake City Care Center Careers (ebenezercares.Org)
Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual plan of care
Administers medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
Provides data relevant to the development of the plan of care
RN – Assesses plan of care, resident goals and revises, modify plan of care as necessary
Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided
Required:
Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree - Registered Nurse
Current MN RN license
AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional RescuersBLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must be obtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent practice
0-1 years of experience
Preferred:
0-3 years of experience
TCU LPN/RN experience
Basic computer skillsPoint Click Care knowledge

$41.91- $44.44 / Hourly
