Job description
KidStrong is seeking a part-time Lead Sales Representative in Lexington, KY to drive trial enrollment, membership growth, and exceptional family experiences. The role splits time between coaching (10-15 hours per week) and sales/lobby duties (15-20 hours per week), and includes duties as a manager on duty when leadership is away.
You will manage leads, schedule trials, tour centers, convert trials to memberships, and build referrals and partnerships to support growth, while coaching the center
