Build-A-Bear Workshop in St. Louis, MO is seeking a TEMP Sales Lead who will act as a Floor Leader on Duty and guide Bear Builders on designated shifts.
This role emphasizes Experience First behaviors and driving store sales goals while you also function as a Bear Builder when not designated as Floor Leader. You will coach and direct a team, ensure exceptional guest service, uphold brand standards, and provide feedback to management on performance and compliance.
