Job description
KidStrong is seeking a part-time Lead Sales Representative in McKinney, TX to drive trial enrollment, membership growth, and outstanding family experiences. The role splits time between coaching (10–15 hrs/week) and sales/lobby activities (15–20 hrs/week), serving as a manager on duty when leaders are absent.
The position focuses on lead management, trial bookings, conversions, and member retention while ensuring a world-class experience for every family.
