Part-time Sales Support Coordinator
Location: Mount Vernon, NY – full-time onsite
Compensation:
$18-$23/hr – part-time role

Key Responsibilities for the Sales Support Coordinator:
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team
• Maintain and update project information within the CRM system
• Prepare and distribute project activity reports to sales representatives
• Enter and track sample transmittal information in the CRM
• Assist with lead follow-up, client outreach, and project coordination activities
Qualifications for the Sales Support Coordinator:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM systems
• Experience handling high-volume phone and computer-based work
• Ability to perform outbound calls and follow up on leads
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
