With part-time hours, competitive pay, this role is a great fit for anyone seeking supplemental income from September through December.Toppan Merrill has an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Seasonal Production Associate to join our Sartell, MN team. In this seasonal, on-call role, you'll support production, fulfillment, packaging, and shipping activities during our busiest time of year while working alongside a collaborative team.Pay & Schedule$18.00 per hourSeasonal assignment from now through DecemberApproximately 15 to 30 hours per weekGreat opportunity to earn extra income during the holiday seasonPerfect for students, retirees, second-job seekers, or anyone looking to supplement their income during the fall and holiday season.Job Responsibilities:Assemble printed materials, customer kits, and fulfillment packages according to work orders and customer instructions.Collate materials in the correct sequence and insert them into folders, envelopes, binders, or poly bags.Review work instructions and job documentation to ensure accuracy.Perform quality checks on materials, quantities, and job setups.Enter required information into verification systems and document completed work.Route completed jobs to production, warehouse, shipping, or mailing areas.Support warehouse, packing, shipping, and other operational activities as needed.Notify supervisors of quality concerns, equipment issues, or production challenges.About You:Reliable attendance and dependable work habits.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to read and follow written instructions.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Positive attitude and willingness to support multiple operational activities.Previous warehouse, fulfillment, manufacturing, shipping, or print production experience is helpful but not required.BenefitsThis seasonal/on-call position is not eligible for company benefits or holiday pay.
