Job description
Security AgentAs a Security Agent at Fanatics Betting & Gaming, you will be responsible for ensuring safety of all guests and employees at Fanatics Sportsbook Locations as well as be the first point of contact with all patrons. Reporting into the General Manager or other member of leadership of the property, you will play an integral role on the Retail Operations Team.ResponsibilitiesCompose accident or incident reports in a clear and concise mannerMonitor critical application functions and infrastructure components via the provided monitoring tools; identifying, analyzing, logging and escalating all alerts as necessaryEnsure the safety of all team members and guests Observe the operation for irregular activities such as theft, responsible gaming issues such as underage gambling and intoxicated patronsMaintain a daily shift logCheck equipment for functionality and report / follow-up on any adjustments neededUnderstand all gaming proceduresMaintain familiarity with the rules and regulations and internal controls of the state gaming operator of the locationExperience and SkillsMinimum 2 years of experience in high end customer service field preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build relationshipsExcellent verbal and written communication skills and exceptional attention to detailMust be able to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends and holidaysAppetite to deliver service levels above and beyond expectationsKnowledge in the security industry with some gaming experience preferredMust be able to obtain and maintain any and all state licensingThe pay rate for this position is $20/hr
