Security Officer OpportunityWe are currently seeking part-time security officers to join our security team in Bells, TN. The security officers will work with the security team and administrative staff to ensure the safety and security of all company associates, buildings, and property.The ideal candidate would be a current or former law enforcement officer. Experience in this field will have prepared a candidate to excel in patrol security. The skills developed—situational awareness, de-escalation, professionalism, and sound decision-making—are exactly what we're looking for.If you're looking for part-time work to supplement your full-time income or are looking to stay active in retirement, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.ResponsibilitiesEnsure the physical protection of Company associates and propertiesPatrol all Company property by vehicle and on foot, recording time and location with digital scanner.Collaborate and request assistance from local law enforcement when necessaryRespond to all emergencies and assist with employee's safetyPick up visitors from the Airport Hangar when neededDelivery of vehicles to & from dealer for repairsHand carries Corporate documents to other locationsObserve and report security or safety incidents to superiorsComplete incident reportsQualificationsThree years of law enforcement experienceGraduate of a P.O.S.T. certified Law Enforcement AcademyHigh school diploma or GEDAbility to stand and/or walk for extended periodsAbility to lift 50 lbsThe Pictsweet Company is an equal opportunity employer.
