MedElite Group, LLC. is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to provide on-site care in long-term care settings in Valatie, NY. This part-time position is ideal for providers who value meaningful patient relationships and collaborative care.
Responsibilities include providing primary care services, performing physical exams, diagnosing conditions, prescribing medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Minimum qualifications include an active NP/PA license in New York and 6 months of experience in long-term care.
