Senior CompanionWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Companion to join our team at Seniors Helping Seniors Central Oklahoma. As a Senior Companion, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors in Tuttle, OK. Our in-home care services offer a unique program of care and compassion, matching seniors who want to help others with those who need assistance. If you are passionate about providing exceptional care and support, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding Part-Time opportunity in Tuttle, OK.• Provide non-medical care and companionship to seniors in their homes, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming• Facilitate socialization and engagement through recreational activities, outings, and conversations• Prepare meals and snacks, as needed• Maintain a safe and clean living environment• Collaborate with other care team members to ensure comprehensive care and support• Document client progress and provide reports to the care management team• High School Diploma or equivalent• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods• Experience working with seniors or in a caregiving capacity (not required, but preferred)• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidaysIn-home care settings, providing one-on-one support to seniors in their own homesPart-Time schedule, with flexible hours to accommodate your needsCompetitive hourly rate of $12 - $17Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniorsCollaborative and supportive work environment
