Job description
County of Monterey is seeking a licensed veterinarian for a regular part-time (0.5 FTE) position at the Animal Services Center in Salinas. The role covers 20 hours weekly including spay/neuter surgeries and ongoing care for shelter animals.
The veterinarian will provide high-quality medical services, supervise staff such as a Registered Veterinary Technician and Animal Care Technicians, and contribute to animal welfare initiatives.
