Part-Time Special Education SecretaryQualifications:High School DiplomaComputer LiterateDemonstrated aptitude for the work to be performedEvidence of interest in children and educationPerformance Responsibilities:Maintains and projects professional image and atmosphere;Performs all secretarial tasks as directed by the administrator/supervisor;Maintains confidentiality with all information;Processes State Reports;Prepares all Financial Records for the Department;Assists with Annual Budget;Other tasks as assignedHours:The Part-Time Special Education Secretary will work one hundred eighty-four days, per the Winchendon Public Schools calendar; and up to but no more than 18 hours per week at the discretion of the Special Education Director.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the functions of this job.
