Job DescriptionAbout the Role:
Princeton Speech Language and Learning Center is looking for a skilled Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to cover a school contract one day a week. Responsibilities:
Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in clients
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
Provide direct therapy services to clients across a range of ages and diagnoses
Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support client goals
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and records
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development opportunities
Requirements:
Master‘s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current NJ state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
Experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations is a plus
Strong knowledge of evidence-based assessment and treatment practices
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented demeanor
