Job description
Dollar Tree Stores in Albany, New York is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help with store operations, customer service and team development.
You will assist with day-to-day store activities, supervise and train associates, maintain clean, well-stocked floors and stockrooms, and ensure safety and policy compliance.
This role requires strong communication, the ability to lift up to 55 lbs, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment.
