Job description
My Melrose in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive sales and store operations while developing a team. This role is in training for a Store Manager position and requires hands-on leadership in customer service, merchandising, and loss prevention.
You will open/close the store, coach staff, manage cash handling, and ensure visual standards, payroll and HR tasks are performed per policy. Part-time schedule with a focus on delivering results.
