Clarks is seeking a Part Time Team Lead to join our retail team. The role involves acting as Manager on Duty in the absence of Store Manager and Assistant Manager, driving sales, and organizing merchandise.
You will train and coach staff, uphold customer service standards, oversee shipments, and ensure compliance with loss prevention policies. Physical tasks include standing and lifting up to 50 lbs.
