Job description
Goldey-Beacom College is seeking a part-time Talent Acquisition and Development Coordinator to support the recruitment process and maintain candidate data. The role also assists in developing and administering talent management initiatives, including onboarding, employee development and performance management.
The position reports to the Director of Human Resources in the Human Resources department, with responsibilities spanning job postings, interviews, compliance, trainings, and HR projects
