Part-Time Teller (Enrichment Representative)OCCU is a member-owned credit union based in Eugene, Oregon, guided by a clear and meaningful vision: to Enrich Lives. This position works approximately 18–24 hours per week, including every Saturday. The hourly pay range for this role is $21.00–$23.00, depending on experience. Spanish-speaking candidates who pass a standardized language assessment are eligible for an additional $2.00 per hour.About the Role:The Enrichment Representative assists members with financial transactions while delivering highly personalized and engaging member experience. This role proactively identifies members' needs, recommends appropriate products and services, and ensures all interactions reflect OCCU's commitment to enriching lives.Key Responsibilities:Greet members promptly, use their names, and provide personalized assistanceAsk questions to understand member needs and suggest suitable productsProcess deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accuratelyKeep cash drawers balanced; assist with vault and dispenser operationsMeet or exceed service and sales targets for branch goalsMaintain accurate records and comply with privacy and security standardsStay updated on OCCU products, procedures, and regulations, including BSAWork collaboratively to foster a positive, high-performing branch teamWhat We're Looking For:At least six months of relevant experienceExcellent communication and member service skillsEfficient in fast-paced, team settingsDetail-oriented and accurate financial transactionsAble to multitask and adapt to new prioritiesHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalentPreferred Qualifications:Experience in financial services, banking, or a customer-facing roleBilingual skills, particularly Spanish (eligible for additional pay upon successful assessment)Why Join OCCU:OCCU offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package designed to support your well-being and professional growth, including:Low-cost dental and vision insurance401(k) retirement plan with employer matchPaid time off plus 13 paid holidaysTuition reimbursement for eligible education and trainingCompany-paid long-term disability40 hours of company-paid core time annually for full-time employees to participate in community volunteer opportunitiesOCCU is committed to being an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages applications from all qualified candidates.
