Job TitleNET Credit Union is looking for our next team member to contribute to a culture of high quality service and transactional accuracy as well as support the credit union's efforts of assisting our membership with information regarding products and services as well as upholding a professional demeanorExperience: Two to four years of similar or related experienceEducation: High School diploma or equivalentThis is a part-time position and requires every SaturdayRequirementsAble to handle cash in a fast paced setting; balance cash drawer on a regular basisFollow all established guidelines set forth to ensure proper handling of member transactions and account information including check endorsements, check cashing guidelines and proper check holdsAble to process withdrawals, loan payments and deposits on member's accounts accurately and efficientlyWork in a team oriented setting and contribute as necessaryBe willing and able to learn to operate branch equipment such as the ATM, coin machine and cash recyclerAssist members with opening and closing accounts, obtain accurate information from the member along with supported documentationMust have good interpersonal skills to be able to discuss delicate matters with members at account opening or closing. Interview members to be able to discuss and promote the appropriate products and services offered at the credit unionMust have thorough working knowledge of all credit union products and services and how they can benefit our membersNavigate computer software and investigate member inquiriesOther duties as assigned
