We are seeking experienced clinicians (LMFT, LAMFT, LCPC, LPC, LCSW, LMSW) to work in a collaborative and community focused environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing therapy services aligning with our core values, and is driven to collaborate, share and seek knowledge. What You’ll Do
Flexible Schedule - Evenings a plus
Complete diagnostic assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical documentation (annual updates, treatment reviews, progress notes)
Maintain a caseload of approximately 20 scheduled sessions and minimum 16 completed visits weekly.
Serve as primary point of contact for clients
Collaborate with team members to improve access to care in our community
Use evidence-based and creative interventions to support client goals
Coordinate care with families, schools, medical providers, and other professionals as needed
Attend staff meetings, trainings, and team activities
Required Qualifications
Active Idaho licensed (LMFT, LAMFT, LCPC, LCSW, LPC, LMSW)
Strong communication, professionalism, and leadership presence
Comfortable with technology and EHR system
Experience managing documentation and client financial conversations
Preferred
Credentialed with major insurance panels and/or bringing an established caseload
Experience working across diverse populations and age groups
Natural collaborator aligned with Ellie's core values

Compensation: $68,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearSeeking creative & collaborative humans with a passion for changing mental health care in fun and meaningful ways.
