Job description
Centerboard in Lynn, MA is seeking a dedicated Direct Care Staff member for an Intensive Treatment Residence. This part-time position supports youth through daily routines, emotional challenges, and skill development in a safe, trauma-informed environment.
You will teach healthier coping strategies, respond to crises, and document progress while promoting a clean, secure living setting. Schedule is Tuesday through Thursday, 3PM–11PM, with MAP certification for medications.
